During this day's retreat, we are silent together throughout the day.

You will have the opportunity to slow down, get closer to nature and listen

What is otherwise easily lost in the noise of everyday life.

We move slowly through the forest, stop, breathe, rest and

allows the senses to awaken. The day inside keeps forest bathing, gentle movements, rest and alone time in nature and also indoors

Lunch and coffee are also eaten in silence.

You don't need to be able to meditate or have experience in silent retreat.

You will come just as you are.
